I recently bought two muzzles for my Frenchie. The delivery was super fast, and the customer service is really nice. I also really liked that they included a little treat bag for the dog and a little treat for the owner :) The packaging is generally very thoughtful and also damage-proof – not like with other manufacturers! Both muzzles fit very well and don't pinch the eyes, which was important to me. The material is soft, and the workmanship seems very good. The colors are great and matched the online picture. Since we've only had a wire muzzle before, I'm actually surprised at how robust the Biothane one is. I had my doubts about this one and just wanted to test it out. I'm really, really satisfied so far, as my dog ​​has much more freedom (space to pant, clear vision), and I would recommend Pacoandfay products anytime! Thank you :)

The first muzzle that finally fits our English Bulldog perfectly! ☆☆☆☆☆ Absolutely smooth, fast processing and quick shipping. The muzzle is made of Biothane, a very comfortable, soft material. Definitely deserves 5 stars! Thank you so much!

A definite buy recommendation from me. We had the first muzzle made for my French Bulldog mix about two years ago. It fits perfectly and is in daily use. We need it to protect him from overeating. For me, these muzzles from Paco&Fay are the only ones that truly fit brachycephalic breeds and are the only ones that actually fit!

We've already ordered our second muzzle, just to have a spare. You never know. The material is soft and fits well. Especially for relatively short snouts, like our Old English Bulldog's, the selection of conventional muzzles is practically nonexistent. You're sure to find what you need here; the precise measuring instructions ensure a perfect fit. The workmanship is excellent, and even after a year of daily use, the muzzle is still in perfect condition. Shipping is fast, and there's a wide range of colors available. We're absolutely satisfied and would order again in a heartbeat.
